Cosmic Fairy. Poorly packaged, arrived with it's 2 main leaves broke off and most of the dirt came out (no stem on broke leaves so can't even use as props.) I received 4X bigger plants (same size pots) from other seller. Lyndon Lyon is a one and done for me.

You can use those as props. Trim the leaf away from the main centre vein a little and stick them in soil. They will make babies.
I’m bummed this happened to you. Lyndon has always been solid for me. They’ve had issues with ordering for months so maybe they’re behind and rushing.
Have you tried reaching out to them?
That sucks š I just got an order with three from them and they were packaged great: secure paper tubes, lots of tape, box filled out so they didnāt bounce around, and some kind of paper ribbon wrapped around the plant base over top the soil so it didnāt fall out. I would reach out to them.
If you contact them. They will make it right. They have had issues recently from their systems so I’m sure it’s an over sight. How they respond will determine if they are good at customer service
Not sure if Lydon Lyon is to blame. I bought the same variety off of an etsy seller and had 3 of the 4 mature leaves broken off in the same way. Same type of pot too. It might just be that that variety is more fragile and breakable than others. Guess I’ll see, I placed an order with them a couple of weeks ago, hoping it ships this week.
Oh, I did what laurenlolly suggested and have them potted up, hoping they’ll root.
Same here, was a bit disappointed when I saw how tiny & missing 2 leaves which I put to propagate and they seem to have taken!
