I’ve had my fiddle for 4 years now and this is where it’s at. It can’t support itself so I have bamboo. I attempted to cut it a couple years ago but it never really took off but a few leaves where I cut it. Any advice on what I can do with it? Or should I continue to let it do its thing?

You should have been shaking the stem/trunk 3xd for a minute or blow a fan on it regularly to simulate nature it will strengthen the stem to support top growth
Also a top chop helps strengthen the trunk

Chop to half the height, ditch the stake, and give it as much light as possible

Your mistake was leaving the stake on it. What I would do is first cut the top, because it’s top heavy and then put 2 stakes at the far edge of the pot and take something soft like the green stretchy plant tape or an old nylon stocking and make a figure 8 from one stake to the other with the trunk in the center. This will allow the tree to sway and get stronger. Cutting the top will make it branch.

Mimic wind and the trunk will get thicker in response
