I don't think she is just etiolated, because I have several other plants growing just fine around this one.
But the stem is growing thinner and leaves are small and the growth is very slow. I put it in this current pot around 3 months ago, so it should be acclimated alreday.
The soil mixture is 50% perlite and 50% peat moss
Can someone please help me to identify what can be wrong? This is a very special plant to me, it gave me yellow flowers last time.

Can you check if any of the outer leaf stem is covered with soil.If yes, it could be wicking extra moisture to the crown. Also with big pots, its working on to fill it with the root. How about the light?
I am a complete amateur but I try to stick to pots slightly smaller than the crown.
