Grooming day; one month since my last update.
Main observations:
- Plant increased in diameter and finished its second bloom cycle.
- Switched from 7-9-8 (1/4th strength) to 20-20-20 (1/8th strength) at the beginning of this month (~20 days ago from time of posting).
- Outer row of leaves showed signs of nutrient deficiency (yellowing, paleness) which prompted the change. New growth shows no signs of deficiency.
Notes:
I don't typically care for plain foliage but there is something very charming about this fluorescent green. Pair that with pinky bell blossoms and it makes for a beautiful homage to Dr. Seuss' Green Eggs and Ham. There's just something so cute and whimsical about Magic Tulip that would make it the perfect houseplant in Whoville.
RIP in peace, Dr. Seuss — you would've loved Magic Tulip.
