It does look a little dry. If the water content is right you can grab a fistful and squeeze, and you’ll only get a drop or two of water falling out of said fistful. If you get none, add some water.

Just a tip, keep a small hand shovel handy and break up tumbler balls when you see them. Tumblers are notorious for then and they slow it all down when they form
