No one does that maybe somebody individual with a single tree. Just cut off the small branches and root them. Or you could be real clever you take a section at a node you were take a soil in a bag wrap it around and it'll root into that plastic bag and then you can snip it off and what was snipped off left on the tree he also outshoot she can take them and root them in a pot. I've been doing it for 60 years I knew about this method but no I saved that for potatoes and tomato plants.

If you remove some of the bark it will root in about one month
