That orange crusty stuff is an indication of too much fertilizer. Perhaps try cutting back a bit.
Check under. Pull back if soil is covering the lowest leaf stem. Extra moisture/fertilizer is wicking to the crown. Wet q-tip with slightly warm water and carefully dab those leaf stain.Flash soil with just plain water every watering. Skip fertilizer until you see new growth is clear of stain. Hope this helps🤗
