Hi all!
I've had my fiddle leaf for a few years and as you can clearly see its been a rocky time. She got a little sunburnt on some bottom leaves a few years ago and dropped a lot of bottom leaves after going through a stressful move. Most recently I was away from home for a month and the curtain was never opened for her to receive any light 🙁 As you can see in the second picture her leaves look great as they are coming in but I'm concerned about the spareseness. Is there any kind of pruning I can do or do you think it's best to leave it alone? I don't know how often I water her to be honest but I keep her soil moist and drained.

Well fiddle leafs hate any change at all, so I’d imagine she is just recovering from all the stress she’s been through.

You could chop her down if you want. Then you could have more than 1!

Whatever let her settle it a routine with light!

    Good luck! 🍀

Flf is tropical plant, it needs sunlight so much..it’s better to place it by brighter window
Its trunk is so thin and no branches!!
I suggest cutting it back..just keep the trunk at 2-3 ft tall..it’ll bud again in several weeks+..water it thoroughly each time(water it once every 10-14days)..and don’t keep excess water in saucer after watering, because this water can cause root rot..now is Summer do it asap!
