My viscount AV has blooms all around its base, but it also has what I’m thinking is suckers? Almost as much around the base as the flowers!?? Should I remove the suckers or wait till after it blooms?
that looks like a sucker with a flower above it. the little leaves on your flower stems are much smaller, so yes remove.
if your plant is flowering now, it will definitely flower after the suckers are removed. that will give it more energy for flowers rather than new pups!

You can cut them off. It will direct energy to the flowers. Careful not to cut the bloom stalk. It looks close to the sucker in the picture. It won’t hurt, but you’ll lose that flower.
