Tight crown?

I've tried read up on potential issues that lead to tight crown – light, fertilizer, etc. The plant sits on my dining table but my apartment does get decent amount of light. The table is several feet away from the window and the window is floor to ceiling. Only fertilize once every few watering and it's in a self watering setup with a wick. Any ideas on what else could be the issue here?
