It’s three plants in one. Hasn’t grown much and occasionally drops a leave in three years. I am struggling to figure out a watering schedule. The current pot does not have a drain plug. Any advice?

Also, she is three years old.
Put it in a pot with drainage, and it’s not growing because it’s not getting nearly enough light move her closer to a window or outside in the shade.
