Noticed one of my violets leaves were limp and turning brown at the stem. I think I definitely overwatered, do I need to just stop watering for awhile, or is it something more serious?
Pull it out of the pot and check the roots, repot in new soil, smaller pot is what I do if I’m worried about rot or over watering. IF there is a problem, better to catch it now than when it’s mushy and beyond saving.

Sorry to say the main plant is a goner. That brown is rot and it is too far advanced to save the main plant. Cut some healthy leaves off well away from the rot and root them to propagate.
