The active ingredient in mosquito bits is a bacteria, Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis, and selectively targets certain Diptera like mosquitos and fungus gnats. As its extremely selective it won’t cause any damage to the mycorrhizal fungi and is probably the best insecticide for treating fungus gnats in my opinion. The peroxide will pretty quickly oxidize the materials and organisms and dissipate as a gas. I would guess that within a day It should be gone but if your worried you can try to soak the soil in water. Peroxide isn’t selective so its going to harm the soil and roots and you shouldn’t to repeat applications too frequently.
