Visiting my sister and see that her AVs have what she snd i think is powdery mildew and hoping this group can confirm. Given they are overdue for separating and repotting, wondering whether they should be treated first, then repotted or repotted while treating. Any advice welcomed!

I haven’t had a lot of issues with powdery mildew, luckily, but if it were me, I would trim the affected leaves, set up a fan to increase airflow, and wait a couple weeks or so to make sure the plant stays healthy before separating them.
