My preference would be to plant around now (or earlier tbh) but I’ve also waited until the leaflets start to form and I haven’t noticed a difference in results.
That’s a good amount. I like to wait till it starts putting out leaflets tho.
I always put my propagated leaves directly in dirt after cutting them from the plant so I would say it’s up to preference. You can really start any time
