OK, I went for the pruning and even if it’s a fail, it’s gonna be a good learning experience so I’m telling myself I didn’t ruin this tree. But did I cut enough or should I cut those other longer branches down too??

I would cut that one long one more. And if you can move it directly in front of a window. Fertilize weekly and wait. She will come back thriving
