I’ve had it for about a year. Sometime last fall I went away for a week and I don’t know what happened but he dropped like 30 leaves over a couple weeks. He’s stable now but looking kinda bare. I did some notching this week on that empty side. Should I do anything else?
Oh and it gets plenty of light and there isn’t a draft that I’m aware of or anything

I would chop each branch leaving about 6 inches and fertilize every week during spring and summer as potted plants get zero nutrients without fertilizer to help make it more full instead of leggy
