Bought 1 month ago, watering every 12 days.

  1. Is this pot Big enough to repot from the plastic store one or Do I need a bigger one?

  2. When I separate, how big of a pot (in inches) should the smaller one be in?

Thanks! Love these guys.

Having two in a pot isn’t a big deal. I’d slide it out of that dark corner though. It’d do a thousand times better in front of the window.

Depends on your goal for them. I have one that I have grown for a long time so now trunk is solid almost 2 inches thick and I have groomed top to be bushy and round. Then my other is 5 thin stem ones in a pot together. Last year they had gotten tall and leggy so I chopped all growth off each stalk down to 8 inches and now she is so bushy and full.

I have a FLF in that exact pot! 😆 You don’t mean you want to repot yours directly in that pot do you? I really like having mine in nursery pots so I can easily do things like take it outside for a thorough rinse or water when necessary. Even checking how dry the soil is is easier when double potted like how you have it right now.
