yeah that’s a whole plant already! i would just pot it up. give it a day or two to callous the wound, if the wound isn’t a straight cut i would do that so there are not a bunch of crevices and splits where moisture and bacteria will be trapped
you can cut a few nodes off the bottom and propagate those too!

This was once a single stem. Placed in water about 2y ago, and I just hoped for the best. Photo taken yesterday
Remove the two bottom leaves and plant that sucker. Keep it moist!
absolutely! Put it in water and roots will grow from the nodes (the dark bumps along the main stem), then you can repot in soil and keep it moist while the roots get acclimated
