Hi! I had this AV gifted to me and I’ve grown quite attached (it’s my only live plant). It just started blooming again (I had it in the window during winter but moved it cuz it stoped blooming and thriving) What do I do with the flowers after they die? Snip them? Leave them?

You can snip. I just pull them off firmly.
Gentle wobble the peduncle until it snaps off at the base
