It was doing good & last year I had to cut & prop. So I put it on a moss pole & this is where its at. Should I just leave it alone & add more moss? As it doesn't seem to be rooting within the moss pole.

    That is a silver sword.

    The moss needs to go above the growth so that when growth is pushed, it will immediately have something to grab to! Fill the moss up to the top and it’ll stay moist longer as well. The pole drying out kills all the roots in the pole. You can also try to tuck the growth point to sort of weave it under the plastic on the pole so that the nodes are closer to the moss. Or use some plant tape/velcro to secure the plant to the moss pile so the nodes are in full contact with the damp moss 🙂
