Uhhh if the next leaf comes out bright red, that looks like a [variegated persimmon princess](https://www.etsy.com/listing/1753173946/philodendron-persimmon-princess-kunzo) but those are Kunzo exclusive

Prince of Orange is my thinking it’s a Varigated version it’s beautiful
