    I do the same thing. As soon as I get home from work I have to go check on my seedlings. I love garden season.

    Glad I’m not the only one!
    I am constantly fiddling around in my grow room.
    – Planting more.
    – Up-planting.
    – Moving the fan / lights / shifting pots / moving pots around.
    – Experimenting.
    – Reading about the plants.
    – Talking to them, “Looking absolutely stunning! Look at those strong, healthy leaves. You’re going to be a star! Or a cucumber, either way, looking lovely today.” 🤣
    – Singing and Dancing around them with my morning coffee lol.
    – Finding another reason to unnecessarily plant new seeds.
    – Mixing soil.
    – Making labels.
    – Would you look at that? Maybe I should probably plant just one more seed.

    Absolutely normal. I love “watching” plants. (and basking in growlights)

    My wife and I do it! After work we go into the grow room and put on some music for the seedlings, have a beer and talk about our day to unwind before going in the house to make dinner and be responsible parents to our 4 kids. It’s the best, like a little mini week night date.

    I swear my finance goes to look at our basement grow tent every 1-2 hours that he’s home

    I just set up “basement movie night” for my son so I can hang out with my plants (and him lol)

    I putt putt every evening and look at all my plants, pull weeds, water anything if needed and check on produce growth. I love it and am enjoying it for the next few months before it becomes ungodly hot here

    I WAS JUST DOING THIS. A good five minutes or so. My cat broke me out of my reverie asking for dinner.
