I've had this guy for close to 2 years now, and over the last few months it's decided it wants to start a very large family it seems. I wasn't really sure what to do when the first one started, and now I'm definitely in over my head.

I'm not sure if I should just be taking off the larger babies, or any big enough to get ahold of. Or if it should be done all at once, or only a few at a time.

I know I likely should have dealt with this earlier on, but I'm here now either way. Help, please. 😣

Idk the id, but in general with those kind of cactus you can propagate them using the “heads or arms” (idk the correct term).

Try to remove a few of them, I’d take the bigger ones, gently to avoid damage it. If they fall easy they propagate easy.

Let them callous for a few days and then plant them in soil, special soil for succulents, and water normally.
