I’m not an expert and pretty new so take what I say with a grain of salt, but what I’d do is hit those leaves with a tiny about of neem oil to make sure there’s no bug infestations and either get a root stimulant or add a pothos cutting to propagate (they have a natural stimulant that can encourage root growth on other plants). Is it getting enough light? That’s usually my issue.

I usually use a rooting hormone powder and put a clear glass of water by a window or with sunlight hitting it everyday and it grows a lot faster than other variables I’ve had. Also, try to find a node and cut with a sterile or clean scissors after the node. The node is the part that will grow the new roots to propagate and wait until they are at least 1-1.5 inches long before transporting into soil. Leave 1-3 leaves and take the rest off the vine because of the energy it is taking from the plant and it should be diverting to produce roots. Especially if it’s unhealthy as the first picture you have. I would take that one off of the vine. Good luck! I have one of those and it is a slow grower! I have not propagated that one yet but will soon.
