Any advice for getting these succulent prop pieces growing & full plants separated/started into new plants? Never done this before!

Succulents are honestly super self sufficient when it comes to propagating. They want to be plants. Just set them on some soil (until they callus if needed) and then water them occasionally once the soil gets dry. As for separating the mixed pot, I have no experience there and will wait to see what more advanced users have for advice!
