These are my boyfriend's grandmother's plants that she wants to give to us but she has no idea what they are. Apparently, the plant in the last 2 pictures blooms and has pink flowers in the spring/summer. Thank you so much in advance for any help!

The first one is *Aucuba japonica,* aka Japanese aucuba
The second is some type of begonia
I’d add waxy leaf to the type of begonia it is, but this is solved.
