I'm not sure what's going on. I did just up pot her and add a moss pole. I have been good about watering when substrate is dry, lightly fertilizing (low concentrations) often with 2-3-2 fertilize. I was recently recommended superthrive foliage pro, so I'm switching to that once this bottle is empty. I use plant available silica also.

It's the second leaf from the bottom- which strikes me as unusual.

What do you guys think?
Thank you!

Couple things, I’d put the plant in a pot so it’ll hold water in the bottom root zone. Just water the moss pole and let the water drain into the bottom.
It’s also hungry by the looks of it? The pale green is an indication. My adonsonii is dark green.
The yellowing could be from the stress of repotting as well.
They also love as much intense light as you can give it.
