Hi all, I was doing an experiment with my ZZ plant of growing its cuttings since I trim it every now and then so I don’t have to upsize the pot. Long story short, it’s been working but I’m not sure when to pot it into soil or if I should add anything to the water it’s in. I do think the roots are too small rn, but what length should I allow them to reach first? Thoughts?

Here is the parent plant for those who are curious. I’ve been told it is a ZZ but I could be wrong on that.

Roots way too small
wait until it gets its own potato and secondary roots… will take a couple months. be patient.
Just forget about that plant for a while…
