Looks like one of those detritus dudes. Aka detritus worms. Anytime I add more water to my terrariums they start waving around lol.

That wiggly gentleman is hard at work keeping your ecosystem spick and span. Either he’s searching for more detritus to munch or waving in protest for better janitor’s wages.
