Idk if good or bad, but its a neat worm!
It’s a detritus worm I believe. I had one appear when I made a terrarium a couple years ago.

Looks like a pot worm, they come from too much moisture in the soil. I get them in my composting worm bins when I over feed or let the substrate get too wet.
