It might be a fungal infection of some sort? Usually blotchy discoloration like that is if it isn’t damage from a pest but idk for sure and also as a treatment if it is fungal you’d prolly have to find a carnivorous plant specific fungicide because a lot of the common ones are copper and copper is toxic to carnivorous plants.

Nepenthes with adequate sunlight will have reddened leaves. Without that level of light, they will not form buckets. Flowers will still form but the buckets don’t. It looks fine.
