I received this MEDINILLA COCCINEA about a week ago along with a hoard of other plants. In my haste to move it into a bigger pot since the roots were coming out the bottom of the one it arrived in, I SEEM TO HAVE DESTROYED IT!
It came to me very vibrant and perky and since repotting it’s completely limp and leaves seems to be dying off. I already had one leaf fall off completely.
Photos are as it arrived (similar since these are the website pics) vs now.
IS IT SALVAGEABLE? Any advice would be hugely appreciated. 🙏🏼
It is currently in a plastic grow pot, was watered thoroughly upon repotting (so some water dripped out the drainage holes in the bottom) and get bright indirect light.

These are definitely not the easiest plants. They need soil that drains really well but retains a bit of moisture, like orchid mix with some coco coir added. They also have very sensitive roots and disturbing them too much can cause shock.

Using room temperature water that sat out overnight is preferable over cold water straight from the tap.

When soil dries out it becomes dificult to wet. Water will just run through it. I would submerge the whole pit in water for about 15 minutes and then let it drain.
