Hello. I was told when taking a cutting of my schefflera to put a pothos in it to motivate more growth.
I found a silver satin and just put it in there. Is this ok or do i need to make a cut on it somewhere? Will putting the nodes in waters create roots from the pothos by itself?
Also because of the lenght of the pothos i increased the water lvl (before it only touchen where the schefflera bottom stem is. Since then the leaf has turned yellow on the bottom stem of the schefflera. Am i drowning the schefflera by having water too high?
