I would have planted it a little lower, but this is ok. If your mix is gritty, you could just add another layer on top.
If you just planted this, then it’s ok to give it a little water again to help it root, and given the wrinkling. It will be fall soon, which is a good season for watering (lithops are mostly dormant in two seasons, usually winter and summer, although different species can vary in their cycles by a few weeks). Water deeply (until it runs out the bottom) but rarely.
