I’d add a vertical support inside the front and rear roof triangles to support that top beam.

I’d consider if you want to heat it at all. Insulating parts of the lower walls, or insulating the entirety of the north side (if you’re in N.Amer) could be done at that stage.
Make plans for electrical. And build bigger than you think you’ll need. It’s like a shed: no such thing as too big.
