Love 💖 the trees shady lover space and trying to keep big trees away from the house and fences 💕💟👍
You are breaking my heart with the sedum! It grows in my garden without any work. It seeds itself, is gorgeous and fills spots that might be difficult otherwise. The rub is that deer love it too. I am on a mission to neither spray for deer or have to extra water for drought. Sedum fits the bill but I simply can’t have it. Have pulled it out and only seedlings can be found, which I leave in desperation. The deer are better at finding seedlings than I. Enjoy the Autumn Joy.
Oh you should do a Fall tree tour to see the different colors.😍😍
"So much fun!"–every gardener's sentiments exactly!!
Aaron do you want me to the tree dolly? how many people have a tree dolly? lol don't know if anyone has ever said, how does Paul like the skid steer? I love autumn joy sedum also. you can take cuttings off and propagate very easy and have tons of them in a short time.
The maples look amazing!
🙋
The tree placement looks GREAT
Paper maple is a lovely tree, enjoy your videos so much thanks
Third time watching this. Im impatiently waiting for the Dream Stream ! 🌺💚🙃
Those trees made a huge difference, so beautiful!!❤
I could so use a Paul right now !!!! 🌺💚🙃
Are you saying your sod looks like TURF, Laura?? 😂 It's gorgeous!
My garden is looking sooooo ugly right now and I’ve no clue on how to fix it. It’s a new garden 2nd year so I may be just impatient for things to fill in. But as of right now I really really don’t like it. 🥺🌺💚🙃
When do you trim your serum and by how much??
Sedum, if you want more sure you know if you cut top off stick in ground it was root and take off. That's a plant buy once and your off to the races with it.
What??? Digging tree holes without the help of a Laura auger?? Shame. lol Trees look amazing.
How much money did those trees cost?
Just me but I probably would have bought three cedar trees and I would have planted them in a group. BUT Laura always comes up with great plant arrangements. 🌺💚🙃
What beautiful trees. I am so looking forward to seeing them all planted. The sedum is beautiful, as is the entire area they are in. The trees flanking the walkway in front of the Hartley look so good. Everything is really coming together now. Thank you for allowing us along on your journey. Have a blessed day everyone.
Hi I was so excited to see the trees to shade the Hartley go in. Yippee! Can't wait for the dream stream. Please do more drone footage I love that. Your garden is so impressive. Congratulations to both of you in realising your dream. ♥♥♥♥♥♥
That flower bed has all the colors and it's so beautiful. Look at the edge on that grass, so sharp! Can't wait to see where you are planning on planting the Lindens
At 73, starting a new one acre garden from scratch, your program inspires me and motivates and just makes me happy. Thank you 💚💛
You are digging holes for the trees and you talk about the fluffy soil with “no rocks “. I live in New England were we GROW rocks. FLUFF YOU!😊. Just kidding. I am so jealous!
I love the chitaplia tree
I feel like you always purchase plants instead of try divide the plants you already own. I’d
love to see you divide some plants and fill your garden with cuttings. The sedum you planted today can be easily propagated through out your garden. Not all your viewers can afford to plant 8 new plants to create a drift. Just a thought for a different type of video.
It takes 40 gallons of sap to make just one gallon of maple syrup! 🍁
❤
Do you think it’s a little selfish that you don’t want to put a pool in for the kids / it’s not like you don’t have the space ? We saw on your video tour with aqua scape that beautiful pool they had behind their pond …. Growing up in Australia with similar heat – for kids swimming is everything. You keep saying in other videos that you don’t like how they look ? It’s not like you don’t have the space – you could design a beautiful swimming pool at the end of the dream stream ❤
I am contantly amazed at how much careful planning goes into your placement of plants, fountains, and the like. Just seeing how carefully the unplanted trees are supported blows me away.
I noticed, you didn't put fertilizer when you planted the sedum like you always do when planting. 😊
💌
The whole area around the Hartley has really transformed in such a short amount of time! Love it
I absolutely love your content and usually watch on Facebook. I’m seeing that lately you are posting videos on YouTube that aren’t on Facebook. Are you getting away from posting on Facebook?
So amazing! Your gardens are beautiful and the trees add so much interest to that area. Love, love your videos 🥰
Love the new trees planted by the Hartley.
You both have an enabling relationship lol.
Is Paul Aaron's brother?
The trees look spectacular with the new grass and the Hartley as a backdrop. I look forward to seeing this area develop even further. The other new trees will add more magic to your property. Have you purchased enough trees for the new stream or will you need more?
I am praying for your family and all your projects. ‘Bless them Lord’ I used to say. Thank you for the videos.
The bark on the birch trees reminds me of the bark on crepe Myrtle’s. Question: do crepe Myrtle’s grow in your area, they are rated Zone 6-9?
With all those bees around maybe it’s time to rethink the beehive’s you have wanted. 🐝 🐝 🐝
What is the name of the 'grabbers' on the tractor that Paul is using to lift the trees off the truck bed? Tongs? Grabbers? Squeeze bars? I know you couldn't get the tractor auger in for those trees, but why not the hand augers?
I remember when my 'street tree' was big enough to cast shade the same size as an upright deck chair. I was so excited. I took a chair out there, my book, something to drink, and SAT in it! 😀
I’ve been watching your videos for a long time and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a crêpe Myrtle tree on your property. I’ve looked the zone up and they are zones 6-10. Just curious if the zone has something to do with it or if you just don’t like them?
Those trunks are going to thicken to a point where brick count is moot, and it will happen sooner than you think. They are so beautiful. Enjoy.
Those two maples add such peace to that space!
Think I may randomly add a 1 to my name too ❤ Lind1a
I’m with Aaron, no bistro set. Besides it’s too close to the back door where they sit and enjoy the beauty of the garden.
12 lindens around the cut flower garden? What u going to do when it’s all shaded
