It's bloody huge! I was wondering if I could cut this and grow it in an indoor pot? Or are the leaves going to always grow that big?

If you get a top cut they will continue to grow that large. It is still a houseplant at that size though. Many people have them at this size, and with proper care it’s inevitable they will reach this size.
