Lots of spuds came out scabby. Any advice for next year?

    Your soil has scabies! Not kidding,really it does. It’s a bacteria in the soil that causes it that is related to scabies. It’s a thing that can happen in soil with a high level of organic matter.

    Did you earth then up? It makes a big difference. I didn’t do it this year and mine are about the same size as yours and not as plentiful as years I did earth up
