I will be harvesting Sweet potatoes in September grown in Amazon boxes.
Nice potatoes ! I saw that big black cricket-like insect sneaking around the bottom of the box just after you cut it open. Nice experiment !!! Your secret soil mix and hilling up with chopped leaves was a big reason why the potatoes did so well.

Thanks so much for sharing. I have a box of sweet potatoes that I’m waiting to harvest in a couple of months. Thanks for letting us know what you use for fertilizer. I’ve never used that. I will have to get some. Harvest, sweet potatoes, boxes, flowerpots and I had quite a few and they were delicious. You can still reuse those boxes for your gardens for mulch and compost so it never ends🤣🤣
