How long have you had them? What is your substrate? Is it that rock all the way down? Does your vessel have drainage? Did you water them?

Also, some of them look really thirsty, and I would advise watering a few of them, but not all of them need it, obviously. You might try planting them separately, I guess. Also, they won’t absorb water through the roots if overnight temperatures are above 70°F, so it’s kind of a gamble if the temps are warm.

You can try water therapy with them (try searching on youtube how)..I just happen to have lithops with same condition as yours and someone suggested me to do the water theraphy and it works well! Good luck buds!
