Found this guy at Lowe’s today hanging out of it’s pot amongst others that were clearly dead/burst & mushy. I took a chance and brought it home. Upon inspection the roots were in the pot but not connected. This is what’s left. The soil was bone dry. Is it hopeless? Or should I repot in better substrate?
