I bottom watered until it was moist yesterday, when I bought it a few days ago the shop owner told me it was in need of watering because of the wrinkles.

Unless that spot gets bigger I wouldn’t worry about it but check it everyday for awhile. Your medium looks like it has too much organic matter in it. They need Fast draining medium and a pot with drainage holes. You can search this sub and see what other people use for a medium. Most folks on here only use about 10 to 20% organic in their mix.
Someone posted this chart a few years ago and I keep it on my phone for a reminder.

that soil is not what u want it in. it needs to be in a very gritty mix- like 80% or more inorganic. I know the guy said to water it bc of wrinkles but they’re supposed to be a bit wrinkly and esp since it’s summer I’d be avoiding watering all together- but since u have watered it- my attention would be on making sure the moisture is gone as soon as possible from around those roots. I’d be trying to clear all the old soil from the plant and roots, let it dry for a day or 2 and repot in a very very gritty soil.
