Found a chunk of a tradescantia just laying in the middle of the sidewalk while I was walking my dog this morning. Hopefully it will propagate well because I have been wanting one of these plants.

Oh, it will grow. You could put that bad boy directly into soil and it would grow just fine. Then you can snip part and put it in the soil right next to it… and repeat the process until it’s totally filled the pot. I think I started with three small cuttings and ended up with 3-4 pots full of this stuff lol.
