I soaked my peas overnight in spring. Germination increased dramatically from last year. Doing it again for fall
Another timely video for us in the northern front range of Colorado. Great idea using the grow bag for peas. I have one recently made available after a harvest, so this will be perfect for the rest of our short growing season. Thanks, Gary!
0:06 The weather is actually just now favorable for my summer crops does that sound crazy or what? 😂🤷♀️the central, coastal part of Cali has been cooler this than the previous seasons, the starters that I transplanted of pumpkin butternut squash and watermelon are just now finally starting to take off because the weather is in more their favor now 🤷♀️🤷♀️! Question, How deep does the soil need to be for peas? I plan to grow some in a raised bed and some in grow bags and 5 gallon buckets..
When do fertilizers go on sale ? You mentioned several times that is when you buy them

MORE WATER is correct. My cukes weren't growing, I think 2 were picked, the rest were about an inch long. After increasing the water, the 2 plants in a 20 gallon bag are big and beautiful, with cukes popping up everywhere.
