my neighbors gardner trimmed their tree and their trash is full of this. it looks similar to my rubber tree and google says it's a rubber fig ? if this is probable I would love to try with more pieces !

Rubber tree ( ficus elasictica) very propable. Stick in soil or water and will root in a month or so
