I show how I planted out my in ground garden bed at the community garden. Zone 6a

all right let’s plant my inground garden bed so here’s what I’m going to do I have a tomato plant right there I’m going to put it there here is going to be my cucumbers you can see I have a trellis right here I’m going to put a zucchini H right about here and then I’m going to plant some okra right over here okra seeds what I’m going to do with these is like I do in my other videos I’m going to dig the hole throw in some of that organic fertilizer mix it in back fill it and make sure I don’t cover the stem of these plants but one thing I will show you is when I go ahead and put my okra seeds in over here I’ll show you how I do that all right let me get started so I said I try not to bury the stems of my vegetables when I plant them but there is one exception and that is a tomato plant and I did bury the stem on this one I cut some of the lower leaves off and went ahead and filled it up with dirt cuz what that will do is create Roots along that stem and give you a healthier tomato plant right so here’s the variety of uh okra I’m going to plant it’s called Louisiana green velvet what I think I’m going to do is just plant them in a hole there and the hole there so I’m just going to dig a little hole basically like so about 3/4 in deep all right here’s what the seeds look like take two drop them in the hole and just back fill the dirt over Pat it down fertilize these until they get their true leaves all right here it is all planted up there’s my tomato plant right there my cucumbers planted zucchini planted and I have the two oakr seeds right in there the next thing I’ll do is water this whole thing in to give it a very good good watering so the roots are nice and moist and it gets them off to a very good start I’ll also give them a dose of liquid fish fertilizer you like gardening of plant content do me a favor and click that subscribe button thanks for watching everyone
