Looks like a Monstera Peru. Can root it in water, but in my experience it has taken months. I put cuttings in a propagation box with damp perlite or pumice. Still take a while, but it is faster and I got more roots. This my Monstera Peru.

You should keep a leaf on each cutting. Keep them in a warm and bright location, but no direct sunshine.

Can you help me ID this plant?
It looks a bit like a pothos (at least the stem and nodes do). Can I propagate it the same way, by cutting below the nodes and put them in water?
