So I just got a whole bunch on haworthias and I was wondering if this is a good mix. 25% cactus mix, 25% perlite and the rest is pumice. I will be growing them outside in indirect bright light. I live in SoCal if that helps.

Yep looks great! Be aware with a new mix you may need to reassess your watering schedule, but the plants will be very happy in this.
Yeah looks great. I’d recommend adding a little ozmocote or other slow release fertilizer when you pot them up if you don’t plan on fertilizing yourself during growing season.
Also depends on what type of pot you use plastic vs terra cotta
