I got this plant for free from someone who didn’t know anything about it. It looks kind of like a euphorbia, but I’m not sure. Any ideas?
Please note: I know it’s in terrible soil – I plan to repot soon. It looks like it’s been through rot/drought cycles so not super attractive at the moment but it’s grown a ton in the few weeks I’ve had it and went from almost no leaves to exploding with growth!
Would love to know what it is if anyone knows!

Looks like a fouquieria, maybe fouquieria macdougalii
